If you have Social Work involvement with your family we can advise on the implications. 

 

If the Children’s Reporter has prepared Grounds for Referral we can represent you when the Grounds are submitted to the Sheriff Court. 

 

We can also advise and represent in relation to Child Protection Orders, Appeals against Children’s Hearing decisions and can on some occasions attend Children’s Hearings with you.
