We can raise the relevant Court action for divorce based on your circumstances. The grounds for divorce are unreasonable behaviour, adultery, one year separation with consent and two years separation which does not require consent.  Divorce can also be raised on the ground that an Interim Gender Recognition Certificate has been issued to either party. 

 

If financial matters have been dealt with by earlier agreement a divorce action is fairly straightforward.
