Lesley Fairfield LLB, DipLP, NP
Lesley obtained her Law Degree from Edinburgh Napier University and her Diploma in Legal Practice from Edinburgh University. She completed her traineeship at Sneddon Morrison and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. She stayed with Sneddon Morrison for 10 years latterly becoming a partner in that firm. Lesley has however worked within the legal profession in varying roles throughout her working career spanning 3 decades and always in the field of family law. Lesley has considerable experience in representing clients in all aspects of family law and provides straight forward legal advice and will assist in finding practical solutions to your case. Lesley established Fairfield Family Law in February 2021.
In 2024 Lesley obtained certification from the Law Society of Scotland in Child Centred Practice which means Lesley has undergone training in relation to representing children.

In February 2025 Lesley was accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law demonstrating her dedication to the area of family law.
Loren Colliar LLB, DipLP, NP
Loren is an Assistant Solicitor within the firm. Loren gained her LLB from the University of Dundee, where she also completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice. Loren commenced her Traineeship with the firm in 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2025. Loren has always had an interest in family law and is passionate about building her career in this area of law.

Loren regularly appears in Court representing clients, primarily in contact and residence disputes. She also has a keen interest in Guardianships and Children's Hearings. Loren provides clear and straight forward advice in sensitive circumstances and is both personable and equally professional.
Sonia Morgan
Sonia joined Fairfield Family Law in April 2025 as the firm's Secretary/Receptionist. She is also a qualified Family Law Paralegal. Sonia is the first point of contact for clients and handles enquiries in a friendly and approachable manner. She assists Lesley and Loren with all daily administration tasks in the office. Sonia's career in the legal profession spans over 30 years which has provided her with considerable knowledge and understanding of procedures applicable to the area of family law.
Caroline Fairfield
Caroline spent her working years in banking. She was lucky enough to take early retirement many years ago and now spends most of her time on the golf course. Caroline has been involved with the firm since its inception. She provides holiday cover for reception and assists with administrative tasks.
Finn Fairfield
